What are Spicules?
Spicules are microscopic, needle‑like structures made from hydrolysed freshwater sponge material that are rich in proteins, minerals, and bioavailable silica. They’re extremely small – so tiny they penetrate the top layer of skin (the stratum corneum) without traditional needles.
